AMINOVA products are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, therapeutic treatment, or any application outside a controlled scientific research environment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. AMINOVA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Damaged or defective products may be replaced. Contact support@aminova.com to initiate a return.

6. Limitation of Liability

AMINOVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
